Our Directory Listings

We always check to make sure the directory is a sound one and not just a "link-generator", before we list ourselves. We may list a directory or link that will provide some valuable information to our visitors as well and we will indicate that with the link.

NOTE: Links on a website should always be validated periodically to make sure they still exist. That will avoid the possibility of one or more website pages not being indexed by search engines or frustrating your website visitors.

Based upon our web design experience with various web hosting companies, we decided to affiliate with WestHost. While they may cost a little more than those "$5 per month" web hosts, they do have most of the applications anyone would want to use on their website and they keep their applications current.

We are listed with the following internet directories. All of the directories are free for you to be listed on as well since they are not limited to just the web design industry. Note: Some of these directories may require you provide a link on your website for them to continue to keep your link open on theirs. Depending on your comfort level, always check a directory first to see if they require a link back and then decide if you want to list with them.

ItsWebRelated, a web design and website industry-related directory.

We are also featured in the National Website Design Directory. This is another web designer directory and does require a link-back to maintain a listing.

Merchant Circle, an excellent free directory that any business or organization should register with. You can post messages, use email, post on a blog, create coupons, and interact with other members.

Brownbook.net, a free directory for use by any type of business. The directory includes connections for Facebook, if desired, as well as reviews by customers. We were impressed by the speed in which the link showed up on Google.

AboutUs.com, a directory that states themselves as, "the Wiki Way of Websites".

HotFrog. HotFrog is a free USA business directory which allows you to add your business very easily.
